On Tuesday, a 19-year-old youth ended his life in Mudachintlapalli village under Chintamani rural police station area, allegedly over his alleged affair with a divorced woman of his village. The deceased has been identified as school dropout Nikhil Kumar, who was found dead on the banks of a lake in Mudachintlapalli village. His parents filed a complaint saying that Nikhil might have taken the extreme step after being unable to bear the harassment from the woman with whom he was allegedly in a relationship.

According to the complaint, Nikhil had an affair with a village woman, who was divorced and had two children. When the parents came to know about this, they warned Nikhil to stay away.

Nevertheless, the woman allegedly started pressurizing Nikhil to continue the relationship and blackmailing him through videos and photographs. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case of unnatural death and are investigating further.
