solving Rubik Cube – Marking its golden jubilee celebrations with a remarkable achievement, Guru Nanak Public School, located near Nehru Stadium in Bidar, has registered its name in the Guinness World Records for organizing the largest gathering of people solving the Rubik’s Cube together. The record-breaking event was held on November 9 at the sports grounds of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, where 5,434 students participated, surpassing the previous record of 3,997 participants set by the Chennai-based school in 2018. The event was officially adjudicated by Guinness World Records representative Swapnil, who confirmed the achievement and appreciated the participants.

He said, “To set a Guinness World Record, one has to surpass previous benchmarks. It often takes several attempts, but Guru Nanak Public School has achieved this feat in its very first attempt โ€“ it is truly an extraordinary achievement. ” Reshma Kaur, vice-president of the institution, congratulated the students, staff and participants for their teamwork and dedication, and described the record as ‘a proud moment not only for the school but for the entire Bidar district’.
