CPI(ML)L general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya described the Bihar election results as “abnormal” and attributed it to three “experiments”. These included transfer of Rs 10,000 to women, special intensive revision of voter lists and transfer of land to “corporate houses”.
Bhattacharya said these actions have created an uneven political playing field.
