Check-in systems of Air India and other airlines faced glitches due to disruption in third-party systems at various airports, resulting in flight delays on Tuesday (December 2, 2025) evening. One of the sources said the problem continued for at least 45 minutes before it was resolved.

“Disruption in third-party systems is impacting check-in systems at various airports, resulting in delays across multiple airlines, including Air India,” Air India said in a post on Twitter at 9. 49 pm. It also added that airport teams are working diligently to ensure a smooth check-in experience for all passengers and while systems are slowly being restored, some flights may continue to experience delays.

“Third party systems have been fully restored, and check-in is functioning normally at all airports. All our flights are operating as scheduled,” the airline said in another post at 10. 49 pm.
