Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said Sheikh Abdullah’s legacy lives on in the hearts of the people, irrespective of the circumstances of the holidays on his birth anniversary. He stressed that holidays are a decision of the Centre, not the elected government, and such celebrations do not measure his contribution.
