The Zilla Parishad administration of the erstwhile West Godavari district on Tuesday completed the process of digitalizing the service details of employees of all cadres. On this occasion, District Council Chairman Ghanta Padmashree Prasad issued a special message for the employees. Speaking on the initiative, the Chairman said that it is necessary for every employee working under the Zilla Parishad to update their service details through Proforma-3 and the given Google Form link.

He said, the information collected will play an important role which will benefit the employees in the long run. Ms Padmashree Prasad said, “This digital database will enable faster and more transparent decision making in matters such as promotions, transfers, preparation of seniority lists and implementation of welfare schemes.

In particular, retired employees will benefit greatly as the availability of accurate information on a central digital platform will make the process of retirement benefits easier and faster. ” Describing it as a big step towards administrative digitization, he appealed to all the employees to submit accurate details within the stipulated time.

The program was attended by officers, accounts officers and staff members.
