The upcoming Apple foldable iPhone is undoubtedly the most anticipated smartphone of 2026. In a note to investors, analyst Jeff Pu has shared some early details about the device, offering a look at the potential specs of the iPhone Fold. Details of the iPhone Fold PU are largely in line with earlier rumors.

For starters, Apple may use Touch ID instead of Face ID for the foldable device. Considering how much more secure Face ID is, this is a bit disappointing. We’re not sure whether this was a technical decision or a choice driven by financial considerations, but it’s worth keeping in mind.
