Over 200 members of nutritious food and Anganwadi workers unions protested in Dindigul on Tuesday, urging the government to meet their demands. They raised slogans demanding completion of the 10-point charter of demands. The employees demanded better salaries, special pension and dearness allowance.

He said that there should be equality in pay. He said that vacancies on various posts should be filled and they should be provided monthly pension.

Their demand is that employees should be promoted on time. He urged the government to fulfill their demands. The workers boycotted work.
