One worker was killed and eight others were injured in a reactor explosion at a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit in Veliminedu village in Nalgonda district on Friday morning. The incident occurred around 11. 30 am at Nosh Lab Pvt Ltd, where nine employees were present at the time of the explosion.

According to fire department officials, one of the injured suffered serious injuries and later died, while the remaining eight are undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
