In a significant development in the high-stakes inheritance dispute over the estate of late industrialist Sanjay Kapoor, the Delhi High Court has allowed his two children, ex-wife, actor Karisma Kapoor and her mother, Rani Kapoor, to inspect the original will, which is kept in a sealed cover with the court registry. In an order passed on February 26, Joint Registrar (Judicial) Gagandeep Jindal rejected the objections raised by Ms Priya Kapoor, in whose favor the will purportedly forecloses all the personal properties of the late industrialist, against probing the document.
