57-year-old Sunita Ahuja recently shared her daily routine and emphasized that she pays special attention to eating right to look and feel good. “I wake up at 4 in the morning. If you get into a routine, the body stays fit.

I wake up at 4 in the morning, and by 5. 30 in the morning, I come down for a walk. Once I come up, I do stretching, yoga, breathingโ€ฆ and then I engage in my morning puja.

Then my breakfast is some fruits, which I don’t like. I have diabetes.

I can’t eat a lot of them. So, I have moong dal cheela or two spoons of diabetes rice with lots of salad, etc. In the evening I have my meal by 7.

45 pm and go to sleep by 9. 30 pm because I don’t take a nap during the day. Said Sunita.

Adding that she “keeps dinner light because of diabetes. so I eat less carbs,” she added: “I have to eat half the bread because the medicines are strong. Otherwise, I won’t eat that either.

So, I would prefer soup or a roti with onions and pickles. This is my diet. “I eat very little.
