Punjab Moga village – Fifty-five enthusiastic residents of Gholia Khurd village in Moga district of Punjab dared to defy the odds by participating in an โ€˜Idle Sittingโ€™ contest, with two young men emerging victorious after 31 hours. In fact, Dr Nagda said that minimising exposure to harmful content and alleviating the pressure to stay constantly connected can contribute to lower stress levels and reduced anxiety. โ€œDisconnecting from social media, particularly before bedtime, can enhance sleep quality by reducing exposure to blue light and potential stressors,โ€ he added.
