India on Tuesday (November 11, 2025) categorically rejected as baseless Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s allegations of linking the terror attack in Islamabad with New Delhi, saying it is a calculated strategy by that country’s “deluded” leadership to “plant” false stories. Hours after 12 people were killed in a suicide attack outside a court in the Pakistani capital city, PM Sharif accused groups “active with Indian support” of being involved in the attack. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said the international community was well aware of the reality and would not be misled by Pakistan’s “desperate” moves.

twitter. com/rxwpy8AXK6 โ Randhir Jaiswal (@MEAIndia) November 11, 2025 Responding to a question on the allegations, he said, โIndia categorically rejects the baseless and baseless allegations being made by the clearly deluded Pakistani leadership.
โ “Creating false narratives against India is a predictable strategy of Pakistan to divert the attention of its people from the ongoing military-inspired constitutional subversion and power-grabbing within the country,” he said. The Sharif government has come under attack from Pakistan’s opposition parties after bringing a constitutional amendment to create a new post of Chief of Defense Forces.
“The international community is well aware of the reality and will not be misled by Pakistan’s desperate diversionary tactics,” Mr Jaiswal said. On the suicide attack in Islamabad, Pakistan Home Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the attacker wanted to enter the court complex, but after failing to do so, he detonated the blast near the police vehicle at the gate of the building.
While Prime Minister Sharif accused groups “active with Indian support” of being involved in the attack, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said the Afghan Taliban had sent a message through the bombing.
