We dispose of this writ petition (filed by Talpade) by continuing the interim order of protection from arrest till the completion of the investigation into the offenses against the petitioner,” the bench said. Supreme Court to club the FIR lodged by Mr. Thirteen people, including Mr Talpade and Mr Nath, were booked in connection with the case on a complaint by Vipul Antil, 37, who alleged that the two actors “promoted Human Welfare Credit Cooperative Society Ltd.

” About both the actors, the police said, โ€œIt is alleged that they are attracted to invest because of such personalities. โ€ His name was included in the complaint.

FIR has been registered. Now it will be investigated what was their role.

” The FIR was registered on January 22 under sections 316 (2), 318 (2) and 318 (4) of the Indian Justice Code, 2023 for various offenses including criminal breach of trust and cheating. Police alleged that the society had committed a “serious crime of defrauding the public through financial schemes”.
