New Delhi: At least 10 people were killed and 25 injured after a bus and a pickup van collided in Bihar’s Katihar. According to Katihar Police, the injured people are being taken to the nearest government hospital.

“Today, on April 11, 2026, a fatal road accident occurred between a bus and a pickup vehicle near Gerabari under the jurisdiction of Korha police station in Katihar district. 10 people have lost their lives so far in this incident. ” “Around 25 people injured in the accident are being shifted to nearby hospitals for advanced medical care after first aid,” it said.

According to Superintendent of Police Shikhar Choudhary, the accident took place on NH-31 in Korha block of Katiha.
