founder Abhijeet Dubke – 1 2 New Delhi: Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dubey was slapped multiple times while being carried on the shoulders of supporters during a protest in Jaipur over the alleged NEET paper leak and unemployment. According to police and witnesses quoted by PTI, the incident took place at the Shaheed Smarak, where a large number of youth had gathered for a demonstration organized by the CJP. Videos circulated on social media showed Deepke being lifted above the crowd when some youths allegedly attacked him as he was passing by the gathering.

Police said the situation escalated when Deepke’s supporters allegedly caught hold of the accused youths and assaulted them before authorities intervened. Officials said two youths have been detained and investigation is underway.

The protests focused on allegations of examination irregularities, paper leaks and rising unemployment. The protesters held placards against corruption and demanded action on issues affecting the youth. Slogans were also raised demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the controversy regarding NEET exam.

The Jaipur protest is part of a broader campaign launched by the CJP under the “Justice” banner. The party is organizing demonstrations in several cities arguing that the alleged NEET question paper leak reflects serious failures in the examination system and requires accountability from those responsible.

Earlier, despite torrential rains, a large number of youth had gathered at Bengaluru’s Freedom Park for a similar protest. The protesters accused the BJP-led Center of failing to stop alleged exam irregularities and demanded stronger security measures to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.

Actor Prakash Raj joined the Bengaluru protests in support of the campaign, while several youth groups and organizations also participated. Organizers said the movement would continue in major cities, stressing that accountability must be held over the alleged NEET scam and broader concerns related to youth employment and education.
