An interdisciplinary dialogue held in Jodhpur on Monday highlighted the growing need for stronger coordination between the fields of law and medicine in the light of emerging healthcare services and medical technology and research. The stakeholder consultation also emphasized institutional partnerships in both sectors.

The dialogue on legal regulation and medical research was organized by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)-Jodhpur in collaboration with National Law University (NLU)-Jodhpur. Addressing the event, experts called for developing a safe, transparent and legally sound health care system.
